We / I agree to pay the relevant annual subscription fee plus any other cost as determined from time to time by the general meeting of the Malaysia-Pakistan Business Council (MPBC).
We / I acknowledge, upon our / my admission as a member of the Malaysia-Pakistan Business Council (MalPak) to be bound by the Constitution and by the by-laws applicable at the time of MalPak. Membership is automatically renewed on annual basis unless a resignation in writing is given to the MalPak at least three (3) months before end of the calendar year.
Membership shall be opened to Malaysian citizens and non- Malaysian citizens above 21 years of age and to all who are interested in the objectives of Malaysia-Pakistan Business Council.Application requirements
Corpororate Member
- a) All applicants shall be corporations or organizations, including sole proprietor, enterprises, registered and incorporated in Malaysia
- b) A copy of Form 9 / Form 13 and Section 58 (Form 49) for private or public company
- c) A copy of Form E for sole proprietorship
- d) Copy of NRIC or Passport with valid visa page of Member Representative
Subscriptions and Other Dues
- 1) The membership year is from 1 January to 31 December. All subscriptions are due on first joining and
thereafter annually on 1 January each year except that if a member joins on or after 1 July in any year membership shall continue for the whole of the following calendar year. If any member's annual subscription renewal remains unpaid by 27 February, membership will lapse.
Ordinary / Corporate Member
- a) Entrance Fee: RM 50.00 One time upon registration

- 1) All completed membership application are being uploaded to the member's portal when making submission.
