Membership Agreement
We / I agree to pay the relevant entrance fee and annual subscription fee, plus any other costs or contributions as may be determined from time to time by the General Meeting of the Malaysia–Pakistan Business Council (MPBC) in accordance with the MPBC Constitution.
We / I acknowledge that, upon our / my admission as a member of MPBC, we / I shall be bound by the MPBC Constitution, by-laws, rules and policies in force at the time and as may be amended from time to time.
Membership is automatically renewed on an annual basis unless a resignation in writing is submitted to MPBC at least three (3) months before the end of the calendar year, and all outstanding dues (if any) have been settled.
Membership shall be open to Malaysian citizens and non-Malaysian citizens aged 21 years and above who hold a valid Malaysian Immigration pass/visa, and to all who are interested in and supportive of the objectives of MPBC.
Application Requirements – Corporate Member
All applicants shall be corporations or organisations, including sole proprietors, enterprises and other business entities, registered and/or incorporated in Malaysia.

Subscriptions and Other Dues
The membership year is from 1 January to 31 December. All subscriptions are due on first joining and thereafter annually on 1 January each year. If any member’s annual subscription renewal remains unpaid by 27 February, membership will lapse.
Ordinary / Corporate Member Fees:
Fees must be paid within seven (7) days from the date of approval / appointment as a member.
Submission and Payment Information
All completed membership applications shall be uploaded/submitted via the MPBC Members’ Portal together with the required supporting documents.

A copy of the bank transaction slip / proof of payment must be emailed to members@mpbc.my, stating the applicant’s name and “Membership Application” in the reference/subject.
An invoice and official receipt shall be issued by the Treasurer within three (3) months from the date of payment confirmation.
